We had a leak at the water meter box on Saturday and I honestly couldn't give the guy who came out enough stars. He came from Puyallup on Sat, looked at the leak and said, he would be in touch with the main office and give me a call Monday. And to my amazement, he showed up Monday Morning with another individual to fix it. I didn't have to make several calls or try and track anyone down. From start to finish, he quickly identified the issue and did everything he said he was going to do. The integrity and customer service he has is hard to come by and Highline water should feel lucky to have him as an employee. My husband and I were extremely impressed and thankful to have his help and follow through. I only wish I would have caught his name so, I could give him direct credit.

We've never had a problem with our water, but last night our hot water came out yellow and cloudy. We e-mailed the water company in the morning and they had someone out to our house 40 minutes later to test the water. Turns out the problem was with our hot water heater, but it was great to get such excellent customer service and the comfort of knowing our water was safe to drink!
