They're sometimes early, almost always on time, and I've only experienced them being late a handful of times. Their vehicles are well maintained and clean. The drivers are clean, courteous, considerate, and kind. Northwest Transport is pretty much everything you'd wish for if you're in need of transportation services for anything. They're my first choice.
