(October 1, 2020, 7:00 pm)Earlier I booked an appointment with another storage facility but they cancelled last second on a Sunday at 4:30 pm. I had a Uhaul that needed to be returned and I was out of luck. I called Totem and Chris stayed an extra 1/2 hour after close to help me out. Very nice professional and he even stayed late even though it was his son's birthday.
Great customer service. I highly recommend.
