Aqua Quip - Covington

I was nervous looking at hot tubs for the first time with my wife as I expected some high pressure sales person to push us into a hot tub we didn't really want or wasn't right for us. That was the opposite experience that we received. Andre was amazing and asked us lots of questions about what we were looking for in a hot tub for our home. He was very straight forward and made the whole process actually fun and easy to understand. Long story short, we got a great hot tub we love and communication along the way was excellent. Highly recommend Andre and Aqua Quip.

Andre was great. I have been considering either a fireplace or a hot tub for years. He made me a great offer and I got both. The customer service has been phenomenal. I highly recommend Andre and his team at Aqua Quip.

We started working with Andre at the Aqua Quip Covington location almost a year ago. The process was longer than anticipated. But, Andre was great throughout. He was patient and and very helpful as we worked off and on for a couple months figuring out what we really wanted. We landed on a large Sundance Aspen spa. Then came the waiting so common for things like this with all the recent supply chain issues. Fast forward to October and our tub is in place and working great just in time for the weather cooling. We have been enjoying it a ton for a few weeks now stretching after runs and relaxing with family. We even realized the large cover when folded up makes a great screen for a projector! Andre was consistently available and helpful through the very long process helping us respond to unanticipated issues and plan good maintenance practices to keep the tub in great shape for many years to come.
