I've had three transactions (two purchases and one sale) with Coldwell Banker Bain and Andrea Sebring. I first worked with Andrea on a cross-country move where long distance communication and planning were key. For our most recent transaction, she helped navigate the sale of our home and a new home purchase on a very tight timetable. Andrea is the ultimate professional - she keeps you informed, is super responsive, and most importantly she gets results. I've already recommended her to friends and neighbors and will continue to use her for any of my future real estate needs! I can't recommend Andrea highy enough!

From the beginning, as first-time homebuyers, we had very very like.....VERY little knowledge about how to find the right place. We had worked with a couple of real estate agents who were good people and decent at their jobs, but they were looking for a price range on a house...not getting to know us and finding us our HOME. Every aspect of the process from: house showing, to bidding, inspections, repair negotiations, contractual details, closing, and every possible question we could throw at Belinda (of which there were lots), she was with us every step of the way helping us GET WHAT WE WANT...not just for her to get a sale. She is incredibly knowledgeable and pointed out pros and cons of the houses we would visit and knew what we wanted and tried to be honest but also straightforward with us. She was never dismissive or imposing, she was the perfect level of expertise/counsel working with us according to OUR needs and requirements and interests. And if that isn't already proficient enough, she was: warm, kind, and genuine which seem like rare traits in people these days. My wife (in 2 months) and I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Belinda. She was upfront and honest and hands-on (she even checked out the crawlspace for us at once place) Through the entire process we never once felt forced or coerced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up going extremely well. While she wasn't pushy at all HOWEVER she also was timely and helped us to be prompt... she helped us to be ahead in all aspects of the process; a problem that I (the constant procrastinator) would have has struggled with if not for Belinda. If you're wanting to sell or buy...you're a free American to do what you want but I would recommend using Belinda Hodge!

Amazing support! Andrea walked me through every step of selling my first home and answered all my questions with clarity! She helped me prepare the home for sale and understand everything I needed to do before the open house. She recommended an excellent photographer and wrote a great listing. The offers rolled in after only two days on the market and I accepted after 4. Closing was smooth and processed quickly! I will DEFINITELY work with her again on my next home!

Our broker, Vicky Warnock is very professional but also very kind and sensitive. This was a difficult move for us and selling the house was heart-wrenching. We felt like we were in control of the home sell decisions every step of the way. Vicky is in no way pushy or arrogant. That was very important to us. She gave some very valuable advice and suggestions which were much appreciated. She also staged our home so beautifully! While Vicky is not pushy or arrogant, that does not mean that she isn't tough when it comes to negotiations. She stands her ground on what is right and fair. We have recommended her to others and will continue doing so.
