I was experiencing a problem removing the front pivot pin from the level link of my Diamondback Release 3. I contacted warranty support and Ben Leddusire responded with instruction.
Upon further explanation he determined that I would need replacement parts and mailed them.
I am very happy with the support from Diamondback and Ben.
I recently purchased the Release 5c and had issues with the tires after I converted them to tubeless. I contacted customer service by email and explained the issue. After a few questions, they had two new tires shipped to my front door within two days...Problem solved! This was a bike I had dreamed of owning and the quick response by Ben in customer service kept the new bike experience from being a negative experience. The bike is awesome!
I'm not a novel length reviewer, but I need to at least put my experience out there. Diamondback is the only bike company that I've emailed, (several times BTW) that has always got back to me, and in a timely fashion and answered my many questions. I'm patient, but it's also good to know they get back to me so quick. I've got a Sync'r, and just ordered a second one, simply because I know, if there's ever an issue, that someone will respond to me, when I reach out. Thank you to Mikey, the most recent CS rep. I've already got my next 2 bike purchases picked out, and yes, they are Diamondback's.
I purchased a Diamondback Division 2 a few months back from an online dealer. I love the bike but was having issues the rear hydraulic brakes. I contacted the warranty/ technical department and got a quick response from Ben L. Ben knew what the problem was, and since I bought the bike from an online dealer, facilitated a warranty repair at the closest Diamondback shop. My bike is scheduled to be fixed in two days. Five stars and two thumbs up for Diamondback, Ben L. and Damon from Don’s Bicycles in Rialto CA. for the fast service.
Bought a new bike in November 2022, it shipped extremely fast and the bike is great. Had an issue with the front brake in may of 2023 and they shipped me a new front brake within 2 days no questions asked. Great bikes and even better customer service. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
