Not only did they made sure they beat the prices I was quoted from the dealership but they also equally took care of my Ford as they did with my BMW. I know that quality can't be rushed so with the extensive work they put in my Fusion and me being patient and allowing them all the time in the world they needed to service my requests, the work was done of great quality. I will definitely have all my services done here moving forward. I did appreciate the discount they gave for being military on top of the already discounted rates. “Sam and his team really went above and beyond to take care of me. I work in the Kent area only infrequently, when my voltage light came on I called Sam and he was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday afternoon. They diagnosed the problem, a bad alternator, they tracked one down and replaced it all while I waited. Unfortunately this isn’t the end of the story. The alternator they put in was a defective rebuild, though this wasn’t Ace auto repairs fault, Sam and his team went above and beyond yet again to work with my schedule and swap in a replacement which then fixed the problem. I would whole heartedly recommend this shop.”

“The service is excellent, Wally the manager is the best! He's always up front about repairs and prices, I'd follow him to wherever they send him! As for their location in kent@midway it's way too small for the amount of business that they have. So they're quite busy and traffic isn't the best in that area. Always call a day or two before showing up, be flexible with time and he'll get you in with minimal wait time. Besides your being courteous to there business since they're in a very small location limited parking available. They do there best to help you in anyway they can.”
