Super friendly, inviting and don't make you feel dumb or cheated. Going to Buttera is better than a name brand dealership! They talk to you like they care about your car just as much as you, and talk to you as if you have the knowledge of cars, so I don't feel dumb when talking with them. Only issue is my alignment i did with them was mostly fixed, but instead of my car pulling to the left, it slightly pulls to the right. Better than it was but not perfect 😁

Buttera completed several major services on my GTI about 6 months ago, Ian was very helpful in the process of answering all my questions and updating me with when my car would be done. Put almost 5k miles in a month on my car right after they worked on it, very pleased with their quality of work and would definitely trust these guys again.

They even went above and beyond to provide me with estimates and repair some issues I was having with my Jetta that I did not initially ask for.
