During this quarantine we noticed that our 20+ year old KitchenAid was not cooling. It was a Thursday evening when we called Sergio and he was at our home the next morning wearing gloves and mask and kept his distance. He quickly figured out the problem. Unfortunately, he needed to order a part that wouldn't arrive till Monday but he gave us good advice on how to keep things cool in the fridge in the meantime. He was back at our home promptly on Tuesday morning and we're grateful to say that we now hav a working fridge again! Sergio is a class act and we were lucky to have him help us out.

Excellent a selection and prices! I got a full size fridge with an ice maker for half price due to a few scratches and dings. Delivery went so smoothly and quickly. Their delivery team really knows how to get your new fridge in and old fridge out quickly and safely. Fantastic!

Super happy with them! Great customer service from the first phone call, until Tony our repair man left. We have a four year old KitchenAid fridge that wasn't cooling. As soon as Tony opened the doors he knew right away the problem. And the best part... he didn't shame me for how disgusting and dirty the underneath of my fridge was! Lol! We feel the price was fair. Hopefully we won't have to use y'all again, but if we do, you'll be our first call!

Do not hesitate to call KitchenAid Appliance Repair with your appliance repairs. I've had terrible luck with venders since moving to WA. He was hands down the best!!! I have an older KitchenAid freezer that many would have replaced. He was able to fix my freezer for me and now it's running like it's brand new. He went through various tests to ensure he was only fixing what needed to be fixed. He was professional, friendly and very fair. I will always use KitchenAid Appliance Repair for my appliance needs. Do yourself a favor and call him if you need someone.

The owners are super attentive to the kids, and kids love them back. Artur is super patient.
I want to admit that not only Russian speaking families choose this place, there are Indian and American-Chinese families.
