The chef put great emphasis in ingredients, make the cost high, like getting 3 types of chilli and dried shrimp to make the rich tasting sambal paste from scratch is no small task, and expensive for those ingredients here. Should try everything they make, especially off menu daily special depending on ingredients they have at hand. The taste is complex and often spicy hot, taste like home for us.
