We have a 2-story 3000 sf house on the east-side. We wanted to paint the exterior and the house had not been painted for over 16 years. Also, we have a big deck in the backyard which had not been stained for over 3 years and needed to be re-stained. To give and idea of how responsive and quick their services are, just consider from the day I sent them the first email requesting a quote, to the date they finished the entire project, took only 11 days!! Here are the highlights of their services; -Their prices are reasonable and well withing the range for the area. -They work very fast and finished the work in less than 4 days. They came in early in the mornings and worked non-stop through the evenings. -The quality of their work is superb. They use best paints in the market. The result is very elegant and neat. Also, they work very clean, without any mess or damage to your or your neighbors’ properties -They listen to your requests. For example, I asked them to use one of the best paints in the market “Sherwin Williams Duration”. They accepted without any extra charges. Also, they helped us with choosing the right stain color and type for the deck. -Our deck needed some repair work. Although their original quote included just the stain work, they repaired the deck(replaced the damaged boards) with no extra charges . -And most importantly, they are very prompt in responding to your communications even after the project is finished. I felt a few adjustments were needed after they had finished the job. I asked them, they showed up within a couple of days and took care of them. Overall, we are very happy with Unique Painting &Design services and definitely recommend them for your painting projects.”

“I have been a dialysis patient for 14 years. I have been to many different centers. Northwest Kidney Center is the very best in the entire country. And was the first. The Kirkland location is my very favorite. It's nice and new and big and they have heated chairs. Plus there's plenty of free parking and plenty of handicap parking. Also they aren't super booked up all the time so it's a lot easier to switch your time or come in early or late then it is at other locations. Plus the employees here are wonderful. I would give it 10 Stars if I could :-)”

“Frank did a great job on the inspection of our new home. He took care to make sure I understood each issue. I was pleasantly surprised when Frank arrived slightly before the schedule time. He explained throughly what he would inspect and what he’s not allowed to inspect. Frank welcomed me following him around during the inspection and answered all my questions completely. During the inspection Frank even checked the small stuff, noticing cracks in the tile, screw missing in outside faucet, and a vent that was dusty. He also went up into the attic discovering some thin insulation and that furnace hadn’t been cleaned in years and needed servicing. I was impressed that he examined the ceiling in each room for signs of water leaks by inspecting the surface closely with a flashlight. He then inspected with a thermal camera looking for possible dampness. He then inspected with a second camera to discover the possible leak was actually an area that didn’t have enough insulation. I’ve never seen a home inspector be that through. After the inspection Frank sent a detailed report including pictures with everything he found. He also included suggestions of how to correct each problem.”
