I have turned to them over the years for help with hot tub questions , concerns, and repairs. The Watermill meets my needs and exceeds them. They have provided me not only with lasting repairs to my hot tub, but free water testing services and education on how to maintain my hot tub. The staff of The Watermill has constantly provided these services with courtesy, clarity, honesty and a good dose of humor. Their repair work, advice on chemical management, and hot tub maintenance, has saved me money and extended the life of my hot tub They are a small, honest, dependable local business that is a true community asset.

I called them with a problem with our pool heater and they were able to help this novice pool owner over the phone. I had spoken with two other companies but this was the only company that gave me tips over the phone and I was actually able to get things going myself. I was more than happy to hire them but they gave me advice such that this time, I didn't even need to. You can believe that I will definitely hire them in the future!
