Brandy and Thrive Wellness has been a God send. The mental health evaluation Brandy does was able to recognize some deficiencies that I had which was contributing to my depression and mood swings, since being on the suggested protocol, I feel so much better my moods are balanced and I am not experiencing the lows I had before seeing her. She was also instrumental in helping my husband and I come to see the challenges in our marriage of 38 years that neither of us were able to verbalize but thankfully through the Gottman assessment Brandy helped us come to a resolution in our relationship. Brandy has such a gift my husband and I both felt heard and she knew all the questions that needed to be ask so that we both felt our challenges were acknowledged.

I had the pleasure of seeing Nicole. I felt nothing but warmth and compassion from her. She helped me work through a lot of different emotions I was going through and reach clarity. She was very comforting and made me feel validated. Had a great experience. Thank you Thrive and Nicole. Xx

I have been seeing Brandy and I love her approach. She has gotten me off my medication and onto amino acids and supplements to heal my gut. We are improving my diet. I look forward to our sessions- she is a very wise and godly woman. I have been to counselors before and after multiple sessions, I felt like I just wasted a bunch of money. Not so with Brandy. Plus- Gina at the office is great!
