I absolutely loved living here before buying my first home. The staff is amazing. Especially Dani. She was the most helpful throughout living there. She was always happy to help whenever we needed something or had any questions. I highly recommend them. Lots of parking and a beautiful gym and common area. Go check them out!!

I am extremely excited to be Home! Tanner is absolutely fantastic at doing what needs to be done in order to get moved in quickly. Tanner delivered as he offered when he said he would work with me to make this place home, for me and my girls. I have had nothing but great service with the office staff working with me on any and everything i have needed. i recommend this community for anyone ready to find their "Home"

I'm renting an apartment to use as a home office space and love it. The layout is spacious and the finishes are modern. My unit looks out onto the greenbelt in the back so it is super zen and quiet. There's plenty of parking and my neighbors are friendly.

Pierre, the staff member who processed my move in paperwork was very professional and easy to work with. I've had to ask a couple of questions since then and Sonya, the community manager, has always gotten back to me right away.

I would definitely recommend Ascend!
