(April 12, 2023, 12:45 am)Great place to get your bike repaired and maintence done. My dropper post was acting up and was selling my bike the following day. They squeezed me in really quick and got it fixed same day. Will be going back for my bike issues.
(November 20, 2022, 11:42 am)Peter is super nice and knows his stuff! I ordered a new carbon rim and wanted someone reputable to build it. Peter came recommended as someone with a ton of experience, so I drove a bit out of my way to bring it to NW Bicycle. I’m super glad I did. Not only did Peter do a great job with the build, he helped me troubleshoot and fix a couple unrelated issues. It’s pretty rare you find someone who’s willing to go so far out of their way to share knowledge. It’s clear Peter cares a lot about his customers and about the sport! 10/10 would recommend
(November 16, 2022, 12:19 am)Really appreciate having these guys in town. Fair service prices. Decent turnaround times. And an awesome website that gives visibility to their suppliers' parts availability. You can ship to home for most repairs and ship to the shop when you have to bring your bike in anyway. They've saved me a couple times with simple fixes on trailside mechanicals coming from rides at BDOS.
(September 2, 2022, 8:37 pm)Peter and his team are great, whether a quick derailleur adjustment or stripping down a frame for repair. The only place I shop for bikes, have bought my last 6 from them. Great selection of rocky mountain, specialized bikes. Always telling friends about them and all have been happy with their bikes.
