Pine Tree Veterinary Hospital

I've been there twice now for my pet rat who had to have her tooth trimmed and x-rays done. They were fantastic! Lowest pricing of any exotic vet that I can find within 30 miles of me. The staff are incredibly friendly and are very patient if you have questions. I hardly needed to ask anything though because they were so thorough explaining everything to me. I could not have been more pleased.

The staff here truly care. Small dog escaped the backyard during some construction and was brought in by someone who found him. The vet went the extra mile to search Facebook and actually try to find who to contact (he wasn’t chipped due to Covid ). That Romeo had been at pine tree veterinary hospital and the staff were actively trying to unite pup to owner. It was amazing that they went this extra mile

Recently had to put a pet to sleep. It's been a little over ten years since the last time I had to do it (my dog of 14 years) when I had to do that, the vet had injected her before I was even in the room. To this day I'm still very angry.
But Pine Tree went above and beyond to make this time as easy and nice as possible. Time to say goodbye, treats and ink for paw prints and a few other sweet things. After the procedure, they brought her back in and gave us some more time to process alone and let us leave when we were ready. I can't thank them enough for how sweet they were. We live in Tacoma, and traveled out to maple valley to this clinic. And I will definitely make this trip again if I ever need a vet service.
Only downside was there were frogs in the waiting area... I'm terrified of them, yes, I know, weird lol. But it's ok cuz my boyfriend shielded me from them.

We love our vets and staff at Pine Tree! They look after 4 of our furkids, 1 dog, 1 cat, and 2 bunnies. They have been amazing with our disabled bunny and Cari is a phenomenal vet tech. They always try to squeeze us in if we have an emergency, and just genuinely care about our babies. Dr. LeFevre is so calm and gentle with our bunnies and kitten and they're never nervous or scared around her. Dr Ferguson is great with our dog. We are postponing moving out the area for a long time just because we love the staff and care of this vet office so much. It really can't be replaced by another. I would give 10 stars if I could

The absolute best Exotic Veterinary Clinic I have ever been to, and I'm picky! I have brought in rabbits, Guinea pigs, a parrot and even ducklings here, and have always received the best care. I feel like I can genuinely trust these vets, which is very hard to come by. I primarily used Dr.Ferguson, but all of the vets here are so knowledgeable, helpful and honest. Very
reasonably priced for an exotic clinic. Will always be my go to recommendation for anyone looking for an exotic vet.
