(March 25, 2019, 8:38 pm)Purchased my laptop from Amazon as certified refurbished from ECT Data. Works very well for what I need for, WORK, without breaking the bank. I had one concern with the charger not recharging the battery. Called, and they send me a replacement with no problems. The only reason for not a 5 star rating was I had to follow up on my own message that I left with customer service. IDK if had to do with a 2 your time difference, but happy with my purchase.
