She treats you as a friend, a person she seems interested in talking with and is just overall a wonderful person. She allows you to text her, she responds in a timely manner and lets you know all options available and is sure to ask if you have questions, which I haven’t yet because she is so very thorough with explaining every aspect of coverage with you.
