(July 16, 2020, 9:20 pm)The woman (I think her name is Kayliee? Not sure. She uses glasses, small) was very helpful and fixed my problem very fast. I will give it to her more than 5. She is a problem solver and very efficient.

(June 23, 2020, 5:10 pm)My visit with Kailee was excellent as my past visits Have been. I was very upset with the text from t-Mobile I had received prior to my visit demanding payment and notice of late fees and suspension. That text was rude, abrasive and demanding. I thought it was spam. I never thought T-Mobile thought so little of me as a customer after many years of service. Fortunately Kaiser straightened out T-Mobile's mistake! But I'm still not happy with the whole situation.
