Always very courteous and helpful but unfortunately sometimes a little lacking in product knowledge. But they definitely try hard.
Dunn Lumber since 1907. It was written on the chair in the store. I came here for the first time and the blue and white buildings that look good impact, and impressive good.
I came to check the material, color, price, etc. of the deck. I asked for a quote at the customer service counter. The price was a little higher than I expected, but it was kind and in stock, and I had what I was looking for.
Raising the price of everything on average everywhere now. In that case, I would choose a place with good service.
Just ask for VALARIE VICKERS! HOLY COW! In the age of what I feel is pretty low grade service, Valarie and everyone we experienced at this store was a refreshing delight. Very knowledgable about decking, great follow up. Overall, a wonderful experience.
Maybe I just don't get out much. This is the only business that ALWAYS seems ramped up to offer incredible service and quality products like it comes naturally to them. Over and over I've come in and the counter staff are just waiting and eager to help. Over and over I've watched their employees search through wood products to find me the best. Hands down and two thumbs up this is a true quality business!
Former employee with more than 15 years of employment at Dunn Lumber. If you are looking to purchase quality materials , outstanding customer service and knowledgeable personnel , spend your money here.
Dunn Lumber is a family run business and in my opinion, Mike Dunn treats his employees with respect.
