They were great to work with!!! Had to remove an RV toilet with tricky rusted screws, replace some tricky toilet parts and had other electrical help/suggestions and they were quick, had parts on the van and nice to work with! A+++++
I echo other reviews here about Kylene and Ace RV. Incredible service!!! I called yesterday asking for help with a water heater pressure value that was pouring water out. She talked me through several troubleshooting ideas and essentially coached me through fixing it. Literally. I made at least 4 phone calls and exchanged texts with her when I bought the replacement part. She helped me after the install as things weren't quite right immediately. It is rare in this day and age to have someone be soooo responsive, helpful and patient. She literally could have just sent someone out and charged me a bunch of money but instead she did what few people would do - she listened and helped without any expectations. Kylene, you are building some excellent karma in this world. Thank you.
Kylene is awesome. I have been burned on a travel trailer purchase before. I used the National RV Inspectors locator. I found Ace RV through there. I contacted Kylene and spoke to her about what I had, what I was looking for, and she was very clear about the inspection services she provides. We were on the same page. Kylene met me out on the RV dealership site. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. We went through the trailer top to bottom. She was able to see and diagnose items I would have missed or not have known to look for. The most important item being damage to the frame of the coach. Without Kylene, I would have driven off the lot, not knowing I had a damaged trailer. She answered all my questions. A great experience. She is worth every penny. I would wholeheartedly refer anyone to work with Kylene. I am looking forward to using her mobile RV repair service.
I’m looking for my first RV. I don’t live in Washington, but there was a trailer I was interested in. I found these folks through the Nat’l RV Inspectors locator on that website..I called to find out about their inspection and costs. I spoke with Kylene at length. She spent about 45 minutes with me, asking me questions that helped me clarify what I really wanted, as well as giving me very good info and some advice. She explained why payload is so important, how to figure loaded hitch weight, and other considerations to make sure my vehicle and the trailer would safely work together. She even spent the time to text me more info after we hung up.
As a Noob, I can’t tell you how much I appreciated someone with so much knowledge being willing to share. You can only read so much without talking to someone, right? Kylene kinda talked herself out of doing the inspection I called for…I offered to pay her for her time, but she declined. She just wants people to safely have their rv dreams!
I would not hesitate to use her company if I find another trailer in the Seattle are that I am interested in. It’s not often you find this kind of stellar business attitude!
Both were so gracious about what we thought was an electrical issue on our 5th wheel!! Thankfully it was NOT an electrical issue and instead a simple fix.
So glad we met them at the RV show recently.
Don’t bother sending your RV for service at the dealerships- get an answer Today with Ace!! Highly recommend!!
