(November 20, 2017, 10:58 pm)The entrance off SR202 _may_ be navigable by some wheelchairs that can deal with gravel, but you should look for other opinons on that. The restrooms are away from the parking lot, down a steep grade. The Sahalee Way (224th) entrance is definitely not navigable by wheelchair and had Porta Potties.
