I appreciate the custom coaching plan. Coach Stephane is taking you where you are and showing you the path to unlock your potential and bring you where you want to go. He does that in respect with your pace and work hard on your motivation. The goal is to reach a point where you can stay and last, like running a 5k on a regular basis for me for instance. He is dedicated and genuine. Great coach.

Motivation Running is an amazing company run by Stephane Boss. He provides an fantastic opportunity to grow through running and understands the big picture. There are different running camps that will be offered soon, in different states, a very engaging Facebook community, and plenty of virtual and in-person (COVID safe) runs that he organizes. On top of sharing motivation tips online, Stephane is also organizing some fun group runs (“#irunforcroissants”: run a few miles and meet up in a nice boulangerie to enjoy a coffee and of course a well-deserved pastry 😊), some online challenges (20/20 challenge – log minimum 20 20min activities in November) and I am personally super excited to know more about some running camps he is preparing to have fun, run in beautiful places et stay healthy!
