I was looking for a part, I called Napa, the man was very unhelpful telling me he could get my part but it would take a couple days and cost me $89.99. When i seemed hesitant, beause I had seen the part for much less online, he laughed at me and told me good luck finding it anywhere else. When I called Olympic brake supply, the lady, not only found my part, but said she would get it by noon for me and at only 19.99 to boot. Never going to shop for parts anywhere else. She was polite and very helpful.

She was so friendly and made me feel important even though I only spent a little. I may not spend a lot but my friends do and I will be recommending Jess and her team to them as well.
