Costco Pharmacy

I love this Costco and always have fabulous service!!!

This is why I love Costco! The pharmacy team here is great! I used to go to a different pharmacy but one of my medications wasn't covered by my insurance so a friend told me to go check Costco's prices and they were by far the cheapest! I ended up transferring the rest of my medications over as well and one of the technicians there even found a coupon I could use with my insurance that saves me $125 every month!! The team I spoke with was very nice and gave me a realistic and accurate ready time for my medications. The cashier that rang me out at the pharmacy was so nice, I wish i remembered her name but she has curly hair and was amazing! The thing above all that stood out was their cleaning! The cleaned the little machine after i checked out and I even saw one of the pharmacists out cleaning all the plexiglass that is up in front of the pharmacy. I am assuming the negative reviews here are just from people who have a negative experience no matter where they go.

Normally I don’t review things, but seeing the heavily weighted arguments against this pharmacy (with a whopping 3 total) I felt the need to take the time and bend the curve.

Not only do they usually have everything I need readily available, the prices are great, and—more importantly—the staff is amazing. Sometimes they can be a little rattled behind the glass if it’s particularly busy; but, picking up is almost always smooth, I’ve been contacted every time they have a question about my use of a medication (and had it filled within the next 30-60 minutes whether I was picking up that day or not), they’ve been extremely patient as my insurance regularly changes (due to contract work) and they work with me to get the best price, they’re almost always smiling, and they’re text alert service is SUPER convenient so I don’t waste my time showing up for an infilled order (or I forget I’m supposed to pick up and order and they’ve already filled it for me). These pharmacists have gone the extra mile on more than one occasion for me and deserve the recognition for it.
