The salesperson did not have the glass shield for my older phone but he offered a liquid glass for my S9 which is stronger to protect my phone. He installed it quickly. I was pleased he did not try to cell me a new upgraded phone as I don't need to upgrade or spend more money. His service was great. He found a pop up holder for my tablet too
