Public Storage

Most cooperative chain restaurant I've found. I made a mistake in my mobile order. They fixed it without a problem. Food is great!

On behalf of me and my entire family, the food and service was amazing. We are tourists, and where we're from the Chipotle isn't exactly top-notch. But here we got freshness and flavor we haven't had in quite a while, and with good service, too. The guy that helped us was a friendly man named Philipe (sorry if I misspelled your name) who talked with us the entire time he was making our food. Great place, and I would totally recommend grabbing a bowl from here if you're in the area.

10/10 customer service!! They had some technical issues going on with online orders but they handled it like pros and Hennessy was so sweet and helpful with getting my order to me quickly :)

The app order was tricky but the staff executed it flawlessly; our order was correct to the T and everything was there (we had a family of 8; large order) and it was delicious! Thank you very much for your hard work, and the amazing food!

I really enjoyed the costumer service Lisa was extremely helpful ,very communicative, patient with me, I was a bit difficult .I got a good size unit for a fair price, private with secure gate entry. Im happy ?

My brother and I drove up from Santa Barbara to Seattle to get into his storage after having to move. Halfway through our drive we realized we hadn’t remembered the key. When we called, Lisa at this location was so helpful. She set up the district manager to come out on the one day we would be there to help us get into our unit. It was such a positive experience, thank you Lisa!

This review is for the Public Storage located at 3600 East Valley Rd. The helpfulness of Jane and Natalie could not be overstated. Relocating from Alaska through Seattle, and onto Oregon, I needed a location to store my household belongings. Also had shipped them on a barge from Southeast Alaska and needed to have a moving container parked in the facility to make it easier to unload. They were so accommodating. Everything went off without a hitch. Highly recommend this facility and the staff.

Teuila and Lisa are extremely welcoming, informative, and helpful with any and all your storage needs. Any questions, concerns, or changes I have needed are met with care and timely manner. Highly recommended location and staff!
