(October 7, 2020, 6:12 pm)I am taking the time to write this review because I am deeply impressed by Woodcliffe’s exemplary leasing team.
The staff (particularly Tracy and Kevin) have been nothing less than professional and communicative throughout the entire process.
With every question and concern I have had so far, they have worked thoroughly to answer and resolve. This is exactly what the expectations should be at an apartment, yet it is rarely found in property management these days.
When I first came to the property on a whim while driving by, Kevin greeted me and squeezed me into the schedule to view a unit. He was not only kind to me but he was kind to my children, and answered every question I had with ease. He is very knowledgeable.
Tracy has been so understanding and accommodating to all of our needs. Even when I called multiple times in a row, she was happy to help. She carries a professional demeanor with efficiency and heart.
We are currently moving in, but I absolutely HAD to take a moment to commend this duo. All of the hard work is greatly appreciated.
The unit is also beautiful, and clean. We love the proximity of the complex as much as the secluded buildings. We really feel safe and nuzzled into the Forrest.
We are looking forward to our time as tenants of Woodcliffe!

(September 3, 2019, 7:18 am)I lived here for one year, but had to move for job. This is a silence, beautiful place for living. Great management and nice neighborhood. I love the apartments and highly recommended. I would live here if I move back to Renton someday.
(June 21, 2019, 9:24 pm)I have lived here for over a year (and a half) now and plan on staying here until I buy a home in a few years. I do not know what these bad reviews are about. I have had absolutely zero problems with management in my time here. Any questions/concerns I've had have been answered courteously and quickly. They have been incredibly kind and friendly anytime I've spoken to them.
The apartment I live in is a bit dated in appearance, but is still solid. No maintenance has been needed for anything inside the unit. There was a mild flooding issue just outside my unit that I emailed management about and they put in new underground irrigation the next day! I am so impressed with their response time on anything I've approached them about.
And that flooding situation really was mild and I said so in my email because I felt silly taking up their time with it, but they still took my complaint seriously and dealt with it professionally.
I love the view and my first floor unit stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. There is absolutely no highway noise, it's dead quiet up here. The in unit washer and dryer are tiny, but since I'm staying home (instead of going to a laundromat) I don't mind doing extra loads.
Best place I've lived in a long time. People giving bad reviews on here are probably just drama queens or special one time bad scenarios blown out of proportion that won't happen again. Give this place the chance it deserves. It's a gem hidden amongst the trees.
