Venue was clean and atmosphere was relaxing and professional. I scheduled an appointment for 4:30 PM with Chai Penn for a haircut and was greeted immediately as I walked in (by name nonetheless). She seated me and started to asking about what kind of hairstyle I was looking for today. Chai was definitely calm and patient with me as I was trying a new cut this time around and was detailed with her questions. She gave me so recommendations and even offered to cut my hair a certain way to see if I liked it and would proceed to change it if I wasn't happy with it. Keep in mind the salon closes at 5PM and she did not rush me out the door (like most places would of). She ended up taking about an hour or so with my haircut and shampoo and I was very happy with the outcome. Even though the cut was a little on pricey, I'll definitely be back in the future as I felt welcomed, appreciated, and my girlfriend was happy with the results. Thanks again Chai.

I did a balayage and my stylist, Kathy, did a fantastic job! I love the color it turn out! The service is good and I will come back again!

Only salon I’ll ever go to for hair coloring! Elise is so detailed and will WOW you with your hair.

I love this Salon! I’ve been here a couple times and they never disappoint. I’m very grateful they were able to accommodate me. If you ever need any coloring, especially a specific need, this salon will not disappoint. My hair is very thick, and I never could find any other salon who could lighten my hair exactly to what I want. When I had my hair colored everyone kept asking me where I had it done. I recently had my hair cut and it’s perfect. You can tell they care about what they do and the outcome speaks volumes. I will most definitely be back and will recommend to everyone.
