Product is great and if something is ever wrong they are very responsive to getting it corrected. The real star of this company is our route manager Eric J. He goes above and beyond for us. He is always available to help us if we ordered incorrectly and need anything extra. He has come back to give us more linen if in the neighborhood with no hesitation. Always kind and helpful.

Danielle Givens is our Route Manager and always is so pleasant to work with! I would recommend this company and service to anyone looking. Not to mention the great pricing!
(September 17, 2019, 12:44 pm)Our Restaurants have been working with Service Linen for a very long time. I personally have been with our company for over 30 years and have had many different drivers. Danielle Givens is by far the best route manager that I have encountered. She always greets us with a smile, always on time, and she always makes sure that our products are stocked, and if there was anything that we needed in the linen department she would go out of her way to fulfill our needs. Thank you Service Linen for giving us such a great driver!!

Our route manager, Igor, is one of the best of any of our vendors in the past 20 years. He doesn't just drop off and boogie..he always checks in with myself or one of my managers to ensure we have what we need before he leaves. He's rock solid, friendly, dependable, and all my staff know his name.
(September 6, 2019, 11:34 am)I would like to give props to Eric Jackson for his outstanding service at our account. He is polite, accommodating and a pleasure to work with each week. He is new to our route and has taken on the job with the skills of an experienced manager.
We had a number of unused special linens on hand when I took over this account. Eric was helpful to return the unused product and assured me that we would not be receiving them back the following week thereby saving us money moving forward. He is an asset to your company.
