Specifically Rosie and Liz were a delight to work with during the sale of my condo late last Spring. Both Rosie and Liz addressed any challenges and concerns along the way to make the whole selling experience positive.

Melissa is an excellent realtor. She stayed dedicated and committed to make it happen. When not available, she made sure someone from the Rosie Rourke team was. She handled all the variables and unexpected dilemmas, too many to describe. She did not push us to buy a home, she provided a service that allowed us to purchase a home. She, and Rosie Rourke team, made it happen. We bought a home. Thank you Melissa.

I first met Rosie Rourke during an open house in 1987. We did not purchase that home because she found us a better one! When we were ready to find a bigger place we of course went to our now “go to” realtor, Rosie Rourke! This time we had a very complicated transaction. We had a contingency deal on the new house, she quickly found a buyer, but that was also a contingent sale! Rosie was able sell both houses in time to complete our purchase. That’s just now she works! She has never let us down. Very professional, caring, plenty of communication and help on her part. She is the best out there.

There is no way we could have sold a tenant occupied house without Rosie’s team, during the Covid-19 pandemic no less. From the extensive, well-thought out online marketing platform, to her suggestion to do a pre-listing inspection to plan for surprises, to the vast knowledge of the market convincing us to list for $15k higher than what I thought the house could sell for (and closing at that price), to being in constant communication about the process and paperwork, to even scheduling all the necessary repairs without us having to lift a finger. The entire process was streamlined and seamless.
