Gentleman who answered phone was extremely helpful.... Hats off to King County Elections!!!!
I just had a truly fabulous experience at the King County Elections office! My ballot didn't arrive during the expected time frame, so I was able to easily get online and request a replacement ballot. I decided to go in and pick it up rather than worry about it getting lost in the mail again. Everything is HYPER organized and super COVID-safe in the building. I was very impressed with how professionally everything was handled. And to top it all off, the woman I worked with was nothing short of the nicest, friendliest person in the world! It was such a great pick-me-up during a time of tension and uncertainty. Kudos to you King County Elections! Thanks for making it as easy as possible to vote!
I just called to update my voter registration information and I don't remember when a government office has been so efficient and courteous. The call was answered with a message that two people were ahead of me - very helpful to know - and I waited for just a moment. The staff person was both friendly and helpful. I was finished in just another moment with a "thank you" from their staff, when I really should have been thanking them. Very good service!
I called to check on the update of my vote's information during their most busy time. Within 30 seconds the phone was answered by a very helpful representative. He answered my questions and checked my voter's information quickly and efficiently. Great job!!!
