If you're a fan of cheese you should check out Beecher's. I had a layover in SeaTac and read about this place online. I believe the original Beecher's is in Pike Place Market. I would have to argue I make a better grilled cheese at home, but this one hits the spot too. The mac and cheese is creamy and delicate. Not sure if penne is the right compliment of pasta.
Scrumptious sandwiches and salads, savoury soups, wonderful Mac and cheese, delicious coffee-what’s not to love about Beecher’s! It’s located near C gates and Google maps routes you correctly to the location once you’re inside the terminal.
Their warm Breadzel hit the spot, and it was just what I needed on a cold, rainy day in Seattle. Their chicken sandwich was quite delectable and filling too. The mocha was superb too!
They’ve an app that you can use to order ahead and pick up. They’ve a small seating area as well. The servers and cashiers are polite and kind. Overall, a wonderful place to either start your stay in Seattle or to conclude your trip with some great food. I’ll be back here again when I visit Seattle.
The servers were friendly and helpful. The food came out SUPER quick and was hot and fresh. A great meal while waiting for a flight on a rainy day in Seattle. Creamy and flavorful tomato soup and thick, cheesy Mac and cheese.
BEST IN THE WEST!!!!!
This lil Cheese shoppe is located in terminal C of Seattle airport. It has everything including a coffee bar, a dining area and a vending machine. They're most famous for their Mac & Cheese and pretty much all things related to their handcrafted specialty cheeses.
Quick grab and go options are up front whereas the majority of the refrigerated & to go products are after the registers. So if you're there to do some shopping, I suggest entering where it merges with the coffee bar so you're not being rushed by the line of customers behind you. Don't forget to stock up on their lil buttery yummy in the tummy crackers.
It’s tucked into a corner, under construction and on the very small side anyway - but Beecher’s Mac n Cheese is so good this location did not disappoint!! Got a Pinot Gris and a large Mac and it was the highlight of my layover at SeaTac. So glad the Delta SkyClub is no longer the only place for Mac n Cheese in the airport. Just be careful not to burn your tongue, the container they serve it in, doesn’t allow it to cool off quickly. Otherwise, enjoy! And please be nice to your server. Can’t believe how many of my fellow patrons were not.
