  RHF CrossFit is a non-profit and I have never heard of that until moving here to the Seattle area. The CrossFit membership also comes with access to their gym that is literally the next building over. If you want an active recovery day or maybe just some cardio, you can use the gym at no extra cost. The owners, staff, and coaches are all awesome and so are the other members. It is a great community to be a part of!

  Great environment developed by great coaches who really care about their customers. On top of a great Crossfit experience, RHF has a strong purpose in bettering the community. Highly recommend.

  This gym does so many things well. They have a well rounded training program. They modify to meet each individual where they are at. The trainers are consistent in the ways that matter and yet varied in their teaching styles. Most of all though the community is what makes this gym stand out. It is supportive, diverse, motivating and welcoming.

  I love this gym, love the trainers, and love the folks who workout with me. We have a great community here and it’s super beginner friendly.
