I was a grad student at UW and was looking for a place for a year. Found a small and nice apartment in Wallingford. I was skeptical at first with all the negative views, but after talking with Carol, took a chance. Glad I did. Issues were taken care of quick, apartment was so nice, quiet, easy to contact. You can tell they take pride in the building. I think people need to stop judging directness as rudeness. I appreciate her candor, and I got my deposit back quick no issues. I'd recommend.
