Overall my bike was serviced well, workmanship was solid, as well as communication. Guys in the shop were friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Only thing keeping this shop from a 5 star for me was price. It was way more than I have ever paid at any other bike shop for a tune up and to me the service didn’t exceed others.

Very good spot, one of the only ones that in my limited experience seems to have a high familiarity with Campagnolo parts in the area (the other in my experience being Branford). They were able to do all the hard work of making my Super Record 12 shift flawlessly on a 20 year old bike, which is no easy feat! After the cables stretched over a couple hundred miles, I stopped by and they quickly got it tightened and it’s shifted flawlessly ever since.

They also are a dealer of some pretty uncommon bike brands!

I’ve been using PDJ since I moved to the neighborhood and have only had good experiences.

Went here on a recommendation as my rear hub had some sideways movement. I was immediately greeted and talked through the design fault, which was a super quick fix. I was helped, hub fixed, given great future advice and all free of charge! Needless to say they have my future business, awesome customer service and they clearly know their stuff.

PSA: I learned that if you have a Novatec hub, they have reverse threads which have a tendency to unscrew when the thru axle is tightened, so they can be finger tightened back!

One of the most professional and knowledgable bike shops I have ever been to. Their maintanance is comprehensive and you'll leave feeling like you can do a 3000 mile tour on your bike. Highly recommended!
