The emphasis is on Olympic style Taekwondo sparring. The drills and conditioning are in preparation for tournament sparring, at which Yi Sport fighters excel. In addition to excellent coaching, the success the has seen at tournaments at all levels is owed to the uniquely supportive community of parents and team mates that has developed over the years.
