Gary & Eric were fantastic to work with!! So glad my husband looked into local mattress stores and came across this local business. We were greeted right away by Eric, who helped us figure out what kind of mattress we were looking for/wanting. Once we settled on our desired firmness, Eric walked us through the available options according to our preferences. We quickly found a GREAT deal on a luxury mattress in our price range. Both Eric & Gary were pleasant to talk to, and I felt very well-cared for. You can tell Mattress City seeks and maintains business relationships with high-quality mattress companies including the customer service offered with the products. Woohoo!! Ready for some good sleep now that we’ve invested in a really great mattress for this next chapter our adult lives together.

Consistent with all the other google reviews, Gary & Eric were incredibly helpful! As soon as we walked in Eric greeted us and asked what kind of sleepers we are, what we’re looking for in a mattress, etc. We then tried a few options, all within our budget, with Gary paying careful attention to our feedback. Ultimately we walked away with a fantastic mattress! I highly recommend this location as Gary and Eric are very helpful.

Excellent Service! I went in to get a new bed and frame. Eric and Nancy were very helpful, got me in and out with everything I needed quickly and within my budget. Had it delivered 2 days later and couldn't be happier!!

Nancy and Eric were great to work with when we came in to shop for a new mattress. Nancy showed us several options, catering to our style, comfort level, and budget. We were able to find something affordable and suitable for our needs! The staff here were also very knowledgeable and answered every question we could think of and even questions we didn’t even know to ask! Amazing staff and amazing customer experience - what more could anyone ask for?! We would definitely shop here again over any other place we looked at, hands-down.

We were in the market to buy queen mattress. Gary gave us a wonderful service and explained everything we needed to know.
Tried to give us a best deal but unfortunately the prices online were a little low so we decided to go that route. Will definitely shop here if I need a mattress quickly the next time!
