(January 21, 2020, 12:56 am)The manager there, Pascale, is very nice and helpful. The facilities themselves are clean and safe. Never had any issues with parking or with availability of dollies. Would highly recommend this storage facility.
(December 23, 2019, 4:31 pm)Pascale, was most helpful in working with me to get into my locker which had the key stuck, she helped he with w d 40 and her tools to try to free up my lock.I ended up having to use a locksmith. She worked around my schedule and the locksmith.I appreciated her concern and help.

I had a few issues at another property and he got me moved over to this location, matching the price. Al must be incredibly busy, managing multiple Public Storage locations in the area, but he made time to call me several times to work out a solution. I really appreciated this personal customer service.
The on-site manager, Pascale, is incredibly friendly and very fast and efficient. She runs the whole place by herself, and does an absolutely amazing job. The place is spotless. She has also called me several times to ensure that I was well taken care of.
I am impressed by Al and Pascale's ability to turn a very negative experience into an incredibly positive one. 5 stars.
(November 10, 2019, 9:17 pm)Clean, warm, dry storage. You get your own lock and no one else has the key (don't lose your 3 they give you). Manager was so helpful and showed me everything I needed to see.

Public Storage. Overall Satisfaction Rating 1.03/5. 5 stars. Kim is a GREAT manager, but the Public Storage HQ has serious issues. I have only been storing at this location for about 7 months, never missed a payment.
