  I am so in love with Nicole and her Urban Dance class! I cannot dance, for the life of me! But Nicole and the other students make the dance moves so comfortable and you feel like a pro dancing! I love that classes are convenient and affordable. I'm looking forward to her upcoming classes and inviting my friends to dance and stay fit with me! It's fun, inviting, and you really sweat!

  I’ve known Nicole for over six years now and she is a bright star that shines for all of us every time she walks through the doors of studio 206. She is an incredibly talented dancer, a gifted teacher, and an amazing local businesswoman who empowers a wonderful community of women (and men too!) to be our best selves. This place has become a sanctuary for a lot of us, and a place where we have developed lifelong friendships and unbreakable bonds. I would follow her anywhere to get my dose of dance therapy. If dance intimidates you, give this place a try. There is no drama, just a place where all people can feel safe and confident to move and be joyful. Trust me, I’m not a dancer! Thank you to Nicole and to all the beautiful people at studio 206. We will never stop dancing together.

  Best thing that happened to me after moving to Seattle was finding Studio 206. This place is the real deal: wonderful and supportive teachers, creative/top-notch choreography, super fun music, beautiful space, wonderful and warm friends who come regularly to dance together, and a gem of an owner, Nicole, who holds the place together. If you like to dance, even a little, you will LOVE it and it may change your life too! Check out the schedule and find something for you. My body and brain have never been so happy thanks to Studio 206!

  Studio 206 is life changing! The first year I started dancing with Nicole in her Urban Dance Fitness class, I lost 20 pounds. At the same time, I gained a community of wonderful women and friends. It is the best place to dance your heart out, learn new moves, music and feel great. I love this place!

  I look forward to "dance" 4x/week. I have only done the Urban Dance classes, but I was hooked from day one. Perfect for those of us who miss going out dancing! Great routines to current and classic jamz. After a couple of months I can already feel a tighter core and looser hips. Nicole (owner) is awesome - friendly, welcoming and encouraging. I highly recommend!
