(May 2, 2020, 2:55 am)With the current covid-19 rules, I thought that I might be required to use curbside pickup, but actually, it was also an option to just walk into the store and pick up my (over-the-internet) purchase. The staff were very helpful, and quickly made my merchandise available for me to pick up and carry out of the store, and the interactions were all conveniently right there just inside the entrance. It looked like I could have browsed the store if I chose to, so there were lots of options available, very convenient.

(February 13, 2020, 12:33 pm)Ashlee assisted me from start to finish and she gave me great insight and education about my dog and gave me personal experiences to give me more tips on how to care for my mixed breed senior dog and food allergies. She prompted me to limited ingredient dog foods and specific brands and she educated me further on switching dog foods and introducing probiotics to assist with digestive issues. I really enjoyed my time in the store and it was because of Ashlee.
