Huge park along the shore of lake Washington. The area encompasses a kids playground with swings, an off-leash dog area, soccer fields, tennis courts, home ground of the Seattle Cricket Club and some trails among other things. A Barkery van sells treats for the pets next to the dog park. There are designated places for grilling as well as some tables in the picnic area. Offers amazing views of Medina and Kirkland across the lake and even Mount Rainier.
This is honestly a gem! It's decent size, a lot of parking (might be harder in summer, not impossible!), great views, swimming area, and lot's of space for picnics, family and friend time! Plus! They have a dog park, off-leash dog area, and a brewery too!
Love this dog park, they have a wide area when you first come in, a hose for dog water or washing off and 2 separate spikits. Porta potty in the park which is great for clingy dogs! A nice walk out to the lake and a great "beach" that allows for a gradual decline into the lake. My dogs love this park and I do too! Best part, the dog bakery food truck right outside makes the day extra special on weekends!
What can I say about this park?
It is so gorgeous, spacious, clean, and well maintained. You can think of any outdoor activities, and more importantly, you can do all of them at this park. There are many parking lots but be mindful that they fill up quickly. If you want to reserve a good parking spot, take your time to arrive early. There are plenty of restrooms and instructions along the park, so you do not need to worry about getting lost. I came here with a friend to go for a walk on the weekend and enjoyed the fresh air on the beautiful sunshine day.
I highly suggest this park to anyone

I came back on a beautiful Friday evening and this park was so gorgeous. Love coming back and enjoy fresh air, beautiful scenery
Been going here for years to do ROTC training and have seen many very nice sunrises. Also been here to get cool views of Rainer over the lake, play touch rugby, and fly a drone. Great space for a variety of things (also have a nice dog park to watch dogs)
