“Just west of Parking Lot E16 is the entrance to a beautiful short “marsh walk” loop that takes you down to the lake on a planked sidewalk. Lots of marsh plants, birds— I’ve seen ducks and gulls, a pair of herons, and a variety of birds I can’t label, as I’m not a birder— and when you get to the water there are frequently turtles sunning on logs and small fish jumping for insects, plus frogs singing their rivetting songs. It’s worth going a minimum of four times, once per season, although more is better!”

“Edit for 10/4, super friendly staff and delicious hazy beers. Cheese curds looked good. Great view of water. They are trying hard. Redeemed. Cool location, good beer selection, good quality food, good service, ridiculously overpriced for the portion size. Edited info: We had the $17 burger (w cheese and side salad) and $17 nachos (guac incl) which we shared. Both seemed very small for that price point. All four of us thought the same. I eat out 4-5 times per week so feel like I have a decent idea of value and comps in the Seattle area. Just my my humble opinion and a recommendation to consider increasing serving sizes. I wish the owners luck in their new restaurant and I hope to make another visit to give them another chance.”

“We got the Hawaiian calzone and pepperoni pizza with olives and mushrooms. Pagliacci pizza honestly never disappoints!! It’s so good and they deliver directly to you rather than having to use a third party.”

“I don’t know what’s up with all the haters. Ku sushi is by far the best option for University District sushi. It’s meant for college students trying to eat on a budget, and you definitely can. For $20, you can get three mad decent rolls. I’m honestly mad at the reviewers expecting it to be on Japonessas level. Just read the room bro.”

“Attended the Parents Day event at the Lochlomen Mansion in Seattle's Windermere area. Wonderful views as Parents and families enjoyed the views and gentle breezes of Lake Washington. The ladies from the Filipino Community prepared some nice entertainment. A nice potluck barbecue allowed for lots of family interaction.”

“What a local treasure we have in Seattle! A lot of my family lives here and/or visiting, and the first visit, we purchased books for my 5 year old son and grandma. My son has already started reading in full sentences thanks to the book for first time readers! Such a wide selection for kids, as well as books to fit any age and taste in Russian language. The owner is very resourceful and helpful in making decisions if you don’t quite know what you’re after! Wonderful, wonderful store!”

“What I like about Chase is: 1. They provide free business and personal checking account to veterans and those on active duty. I know because I have both. 2. You can download two years of checking or savings transactions for free into QuickBooks or Quicken. Something that my clients who I set up, review, and train in those accounting and bookkeeping software appreciate. 3. They offer a variety of credit cards for everyone. I like earning 5% cash back in different categories each quarter like gas, groceries, Amazon, and wholesale clubs on my Chase Freedom card. 4. Unlike other banks, they are usually open real hours of 9-6 M-F and 10-2 on Saturday. 5. Their website is always working. 6. Zelle payment is easy to send and receive money with. Better than PayPalless. The only downside is that credit cards can be downloaded in both programs and Excel for three statements plus the current transactions or 120 days. American Express for example can go back as far as 15-18 months. If you are one of my clients that wants to start a file in the middle of the year, that doesn’t work. They need to let folks download credit cards for the same amount of time as the banking side. If you want to go to this location, there won't be any parking on the Northbound side from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. so plan on using the parking lot which usually has a spot. Staff is cheerful and helpful (I forget my account number and they don't give me any grief.). ATM always works.”

“Robin the property manager is very attentive, every time I had a maintenance request it was fixed it right away. And she is a very comprehensive person who you can always discuss anything about the apartment and the rent. The apartment is new, the rooftop view is the best thing ever for the price and location. You may think is small but it fit a lot of things. I love the windows that goes to the ceilings so you can wake up and drink a coffee with a view. I would recommend for anybody that is looking for good location in Seattle but with an affordable price.”
