  I love D1! First, it's a beautiful and clean facility. Tons of equipment, all in great shape. They even have a lounge upstairs! Second, the trainers are all friendly, knowledgeable and they want to make sure everyone has a safe and fun workout. 15/10 recommend!

  I really enjoy the noon group classes. I'm not young and I'm very much out of shape. After 6 weeks of training at D1 I'm feeling much better in my everyday life and my overall fitness has improved immensely. I don't know what this type of fitness training is called but it's fun and it works. Bands, balls, lots of air squats and lunges, and some thing called "Beast Crawls" that for sure gets your blood pumping. I imagine this is the kind of training that elite athletes do - moves that work muscles that you didn't know you had.
  The trainers are awesome too - they will motivate you to move and improve but no one looks down on you if you can't finish an exercise or complete a circuit. It's just the opposite, they always find a modification for you to still put in some work while you gain strength. If you want to be challenged to succeed at any age, I highly recommend D1.

  D1 Lakewood Ranch has helped me reach goals I never thought I’d get to! Andrew, Reno and Jeff are very welcoming and want to see you succeed. The training is very high level and educational! If you have any questions about anything, they always have the right answer. I would recommend D1 Lakewood Ranch to anyone looking to grow physically and mentally.

  D1 is a wonderful training facility. Top notch trainers and amazing owners! The adult workouts are great for beginners or those that have experience. I have been recovering from ACL/meniscus tear (not due to D1) and they have helped me rehab and modified exercises to meet my current abilities. The group workout atmosphere is positive and motivating, no matter your age, race, sex, etc. Highly recommend D1 to anyone looking for an awesome gym and an even better gym family.

  Inexpensive and very comfortable. Great DEAL!!!! I will stay here every visit. Staff were attentive and patient. You can't beat it. In a colorful area of Seattle, but so what? I had a great stay.

  Pretty good for the day priced. Jimmy is a great guy and Love that the place is not dirty and Love his ability to make coffee at 7:00am. I like coffee at 7:am but I'm not going anywhere near the coffee maker at noon even if it's not going well for me.
