When I needed anything they were there, even when I was stuck on the pot and had no toilet paper they came to my rescue with a new roll. The yoga is very gentle and my friend said she felt 'restored' afterward, which made me so happy. A different friend has attended one of the support groups several times and says it's been very helpful to be amongst others who 'really get it.' Great organization doing great work.
