Long story short after I get done dealing with public storage at storage more times than not, I usually have some type of anxiety.

I was dealing with a situation of not having my belongings, such as my identification and debit cards and such

I tried to contact the public storage office that I'm associated with and let them know of my shortcomings, but they weren't really effectively listening to me and the only thing that was on their mind is how is it gonna make a payment which at the moment was impossible because I didn't have my belongings

Now I understand there's certain protocols and things that you have to abide by but there must just must be a workaround for a situation in which you're asking for a driver's license that a person can't give you because the state decided to change the license plates so you don't know them by heart anymore because they're crazy and they're really just not trying to work with you
Anyways after a week or so up-and-down round around I finally went into the public storage located on Martha lift the king way and I just have to say that everyone from Melissa Nolie Amelia and Joey owerw just absolutely fantastic. This is probably the 1st time in a long time that I left at of public storage actually feeling like I was heard about things accomplished in a satisfying manne man. I really appreciate all of your staff for going above and beyond and you know what I don't think I will ever mind driving all the way to this location just to get the respect and help that I deserve and need because I've been a long time customer

Joey is smart and resourceful. She helped me figure out a strategy for the move, suggested a way to save money and made a remote move incredibly simple despite a few schedule challenges that she fixed real-time. I honest felt like I had a private consultant. You'd be lucky to have thoughtful help like this from the concierge of a 5 star hotel let alone a storage facility. Over the top. Thank you.

Tequila and Melissa were extremely helpful and accommodating. I was greeting as soon as o walked through the door. The original unit I wanted was no longer available. These 2 wonderful ladies were very swift in finding another larger unit that works just as great. I really appreciate how quick and easy this process was especially because this was my first time renting a storage space and wasn’t exactly sure how all this worked. Teuila explained everything to me which made this process seamless. Thank you ladies for all your help you’re GREAT!!

This Public Storage location is amazing! The staff here are extremely kind and very helpful! I appreciate Joey and Melissa for all the help they were awesome helping me upgrade my unit and guiding me around the building. Tony was appreciated for helping us take back the dolly’s we borrowed. Definitely would recommend this awesome location and staff 😊

Aubrey is very personable,reallycares. Rachel is a go getter.
