I'd been curious about hypnosis for some time in an effort to deepen my healing and change my beliefs about myself. I'd dipped my toe into "light" versions of hypnosis before through online programs and felt like it had promise. I decided to connect with Christian for a more in depth hypnosis practice and I can't recommend this enough to anyone looking to make a real change in their life. The whole process was not only delightful, but extremely profound in my journey to self actualization. The proof is really in the pudding. I am radiating, so much so that people have asked me what I'm doing. My feelings of confidence, capability and high self worth are infectious, and I love this new state of mind I've been able to adopt through this process. I TRULY believe I am capable of building the life, relationships and career I want through this work. This process has helped me uncover profound insights about myself, my limiting beliefs, and break past my feelings of inadequacy, while giving me the tools to hold space for myself at a higher frequency. My limiting beliefs just don't feel the same, there's so much less charge there. Christian's hypnosis process coupled with my regular therapy (EMDR) have catapulted me in the direction of my dreams and I'm looking forward to my future with so much excitement. I was extremely nervous for a set of interviews and the anxiety and fear of the unknown during the interview was getting in my head. I knew I was prepared but needed to get my head straight.
