We worked with Jared and Vik at jh1Homes for our very first home purchase in spring of 2021. Being first time home buyers, we spent a lot of time preparing ourselves for the crazy Seattle market. Jared made what could have been a confusing and intimidating process, in a highly competitive location, organized and digestible. He and his team buckled down with us on a couple different search criterion, were ready to tour homes with us 3-4 days a week to keep up with review dates, gave us straightforward market analysis on home valuation and how competitive our offer would be, had excellent insight into renovation costs for each home, and walked us through a number of offers and the mindset that landed us our current home.
