“Gerald and team were excellent to work with throughout the process of selling our home. He listened to our priorities and helped us achieve our goals in a difficult real estate market.”

“I lived in one of their properties for a year, and enjoyed the experience greatly! The hallways were always cleaned, the property manager David (I think it's a family run business) was always very responsive, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, maintenance requests were resolved within the week ALWAYS. I'm writing this review because I haven't had as good of an experience anywhere else, so I want to highlight how good this was. The only reason its not 5 stars is because I made cleaning the apartment upon leaving like a fulltime job, and we still got little deposit back.”

“I had the opportunity to work with Kelley in a recent transaction where she represented the seller and I worked on the buyer’s behalf as a lender. She was professional, knowledgeable, communicated well and was a joy to work with. Great job Kelley!”

“I was a grad student at UW and was looking for a place for a year. Found a small and nice apartment in Wallingford. I was skeptical at first with all the negative views, but after talking with Carol, took a chance. Glad I did. Issues were taken care of quick, apartment was so nice, quiet, easy to contact. You can tell they take pride in the building. I think people need to stop judging directness as rudeness. I appreciate her candor, and I got my deposit back quick no issues. I'd recommend.”

“We worked with Jared and Vik at jh1Homes for our very first home purchase in spring of 2021. Being first time home buyers, we spent a lot of time preparing ourselves for the crazy Seattle market. Jared made what could have been a confusing and intimidating process, in a highly competitive location, organized and digestible. He and his team buckled down with us on a couple different search criterion, were ready to tour homes with us 3-4 days a week to keep up with review dates, gave us straightforward market analysis on home valuation and how competitive our offer would be, had excellent insight into renovation costs for each home, and walked us through a number of offers and the mindset that landed us our current home. They even linked us up with an awesome recommendation for a mortgage company to seal the deal. We are very grateful to have worked with the jh1Homes team!”

“I absolutely love working with this office. Joe Easterday, the Designated Broker/Owner, not only provides amazing support for brokers but also has a dedicated supporting cast who provide transaction coordination, marketing and social media. My colleagues are not only collaborative and helpful, but a lot of fun!”

“My husband and I bought a small property thru auction a few years back with the goal of fixing and flipping. Unfortunately, It turned out to be way more of a project than we ever anticipated due to finding major issues with plumbing, mold, rotting wood and a few other things! We heard about SkyBlue and decided to reach out. They bought our home for CASH in AS IS condition! SkyBlue was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with, I would do it again in a heartbeat!”

“I lived at REV between 2015 and 2021. The property sits on the Ballard-Fremont line and is surrounded by condos and single-family dwellings. This location provides convenient access to local bars, coffee shops, nightlife/entertainment, grocery store, jogging trails, community parks and delivery services and allows you to return home to a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The building is under new ownership as of 2019. The pros and cons are as follows: Pros: Enhanced security: Higher watt lighting in the lobby and Amazon locker Quiet and relaxed atmosphere: The neighbors in and around the building are nice and respectful. Most are young professionals who work traditional daytime hours. Transportation: The 40 and the 28X run along Leary Way every 5-to-10 minutes during peak commute times. They'll get you just about anywhere you need to get to in the city. Running/Fitness: There is a good mix of running routes nearby including the Burke Gillman Trail, flat straight segments, narrow-to-steep hills back in the neighborhoods, etc. There are also quite a few gym options in Ballard and Fremont. Rent hikes were a modest $20-$40/year. Cons: Security: Even with enhanced security, the property is subjected to many break-in. I estimate 3-to-4 per year. This is generally attributed to thieves, but occasionally tenants acting irresponsibly (i.e., leaving front door open). Most break-ins occur in the lobby (stolen packages) and garage (vehicle break-ins). No residents have been harmed to my knowledge, but there has been squatting in vacant apartments and one apartment door kicked in. No amenities: The marketed amenities include free grocery delivery and a outdoor common space with lounge chairs and a gas grill. No onsite property manager. Packages not delivered to the Amazon locker or mailbox are left on the lobby floor. Trash room: The room is poorly designed with some-to-no ventilation. This can create some interesting odors in the summer. Aside from odor, it has become common for the trash/recycling company skip the building. Ownership is attempting to mitigate this by increasing the frequency of trash pickups. The tenants will eat this cost. Maintenance: Maintenance has taken a nosedive since the building has come under new ownership. The previous owner subcontracted their maintenance with the University of Washington who was very responsive. In the past year I have had a faulty smoke detector, broken mailbox, cabinetry that has become unglued, and mold/algae growth on the exterior that has eaten through to the baseboards in my bedroom. Each of these items remains unresolved due in part to the ongoing pandemic.”

“Beverly is amazing. She is aggressive. She got us the house we wanted. Works really well in this hard market. She was the best realtor we have ever had. We have bought over ten homes and never have we had as amazing as we had with Beverly. We closed exactly on time. Regarding the previous review….if Beverly isn’t your agent, and she was the seller’s agent, you don’t leave a bad review just because you didn’t get picked as the one who got the house.”
