“As a first time rentor & coming from New York City, I am so happy my intuition bought me to The Woodlands. It was an amazing experience & Mona (Property Manager) made the transition as smooth as possible. She was willing and able to answer all my questions and concerns at all times. NOW, I've been a resident for a month and she continues to over excel in her duties, tending to any issues quick and efficiently. It's nice seeing her around the community often, she lets it be known that she's here for the residents (that's the impression she gave me and is living up to the standards). It's a nice and quiet community well kept and I love my first apartment! Parking can sometimes be a headache since they're all assigned and very few spots are available for guests, but that is the only con as far as I'm concerned. Thank you Mona!”

On two occasions I lost parts and Liam Moffat, the sales & marketing manager at Flux USA is always responsive, and tries to help in any situation he can. Here’s to the best customer service I have ever received from ANY company EVER! They back their products, they make a responsive, resilient, rad binding that has made it impossible for me to purchase any other on the market. Literally the core ripped out of my 14 year old snowboard (Not a Flux board, but had over 400 days on it) before the bindings would break 😆 coming off a jump… You can see the binding it still on my foot in the photo below. Why change it up when you have the best?!?!”

“Snoqualmie Ridge is by far the best storage facility I have ever rented a storage unit from. The property is always clean, every entrance has plenty of carts, and hand trucks of miscellaneous sizes available to use. The staff are always friendly and nice. The owner even helped me move a piece of furniture out of the moving truck and into the elevator in his loafers that my boyfriend and I had been struggling with. Both the owner and manager are fantastic to work with. Their late payment policy is the most forgiving. This place is great! I ended up moving over an hour and a half away but still keep my unit there vs ever going somewhere else and yes I am a genuine customer!”
